ProAmerica360 is looking for Sales Development Reps that want to work with patriotic organizations. Starting in a contract position, with the possibility of moving into a full-time role, you will be an important addition to the sales team and help drive growth of memberships in the ProAmerica360 network through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

ProAmerica360 is rapidly growing and offers a variety of professional services to business owners that support traditional American values. For organizations that need advertising, web hosting, payment processing, legal, and other solutions, ProAmerica360 delivers non-woke alternatives that help strengthen a pro-freedom economy.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and engage with outbound leads using various tools such as direct phone calls, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads
  • Help to inform Marketing team on what has been working and not working with the lead strategy
  • Pitch prospects on ProAmerica360 solutions to multiple levels of seniority and business owners to spark interest and create sales opportunities that fit the Go-to-Market strategy
  • Conduct cold calls daily, track and manage your progress in Hubspot CRM
  • Maintain clear and complete notes in our CRM, HubSpot
  • Proactively communicate to team managers the roadblocks, opportunities, and insights you come across while interacting with your sales targets and existing accounts.

Requirements: 

  • 1+ years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in other sales roles on the US market.
  • Success engaging daily with B2B customers, building professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and independent contributor with excellent time-management skills
  • Exceptional objection-handling skills
  • Solid business acumen with a focus on startups and the SMB segment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal English)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Always up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • BA/BS in business administration, sales, or marketing is preferred
  • Strong commitment to Freedom and conservative/libertarian politics
