What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the first contact with staff who need technical assistance
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
  • Track issues and their resolutions via a help-desk portal
  • Assisting remote staff around the country
  • Gathering details to escalate complex issues to higher levels of support
  • Suggesting improvements on policies and procedures to best serve the

What you offer:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
  • A passion for providing quick resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service
  • A patient demeanor with an attention for detail
  • Interest in exploring and understanding past, current, and future technologies
  • Willingness to relocate to Austin, Texas
