Red Spark Strategy is hiring an Email Marketing Coordinator to expand our online fundraising team. This position will work directly on the execution of all email marketing materials for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stage, test, send marketing emails on behalf of clients
  • Provide detailed reporting on deliverability, open, click through, unsubscribe and other KPIs
  • Follow QA process for all email campaigns to ensure content is accurate, links are functional and pages are live
  • Work across fundraising, report, and graphics team to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on campaigns and results
  • Build HTML email campaigns as required
  • Implement best practices, technology standards, and compliance of our email marketing efforts with brand guidelines and spam regulations
  • Compile competitive analysis data to gain marketing learnings and incorporate into future sends
  • Other duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with HTML, CSS & WSYWIG appreciated but not required
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and methodical in quality checks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients’ priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
  • Organized, flexible and results driven
  • Strong client communication skills and ability to anticipate and react to changing calendars and breaking news
  • Collaborative with multiple teams to achieve necessary results.
